What We Do

TRTS is an information technology (IT) specializing provider specialized in IT strategy consulting, systems integration, managed services, network administration, service desk support, PC repair, and data sanitization.

We are conveniently located in Archbald, PA and happy to serve the business and residential community in our region. Our location gives our clients options on how to care for their IT needs. You can work with our technician to resolve a technical concerns over the phone or for more complex issues and computer problems, many of our customers find it easier and faster to drop off their machine with a friendly face and make arrangements for it to be picked it up when the work is completed.

Service Desk Support

TRTS offers an 8am - 5pm help desk which acts as a Single Point of Contact ("SPOC") for all of your IT needs. Typically team members are able to answer calls within the first 3 rings, thus avoiding painful hold times. Sometimes problems can be resolved with a quick phone call, if not then a technician can be dispatched to address your needs.

Computer Repair

At TRTS, our diverse service team has extensive experience troubleshooting both software and hardware issues with PCs and servers. Collectively the department embraces challenges and we take pride in our years of successful solutions. As technology changes the team keeps abreast of new information and products. We are capable of assisting you with any of your computer repair needs.
